Won't Reach Temperature
The inside never feels as hot as the display suggests. A weak or failed bake element is the most common cause, usually easy to spot once tested under load.
Slow To Preheat
Takes twice as long as it used to just to get up to temperature. Usually a weakening igniter or bake element, gradual rather than sudden.
Baking Unevenly
One side browns faster than the other on the same rack. Often a convection fan that's stopped running, or an element with a weak spot along its length.
Door Won't Seal
Heat escaping around the edges even when the door looks closed. Usually a worn door gasket or hinge tension issue on one side.
Display Unresponsive
Buttons don't register or the screen has gone blank. Often a loose connection behind the control panel, checked before recommending a full board replacement.
Self-Clean Won't Finish
Gets partway through and stops or shows an error. Often a door lock switch not engaging in the correct sequence, which the board reads as unsafe.
